Refund and Returns Policy

Refund

  1. 50% Non-Refundable Deposit:

    a. HeptaVerse World requires a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service fee before commencing any project or service. This deposit secures your project slot and allows us to allocate resources for your service.

  2. Cancellation by the Client:

    a. If you choose to cancel a project or service after making the 50% non-refundable deposit but before work has commenced, you will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.

    b. If you cancel a project after work has commenced but before it is completed, the 50% non-refundable deposit is still non-refundable. Additional refunds may be determined on a case-by-case basis.

  3. Cancellation by HeptaVerse World:

    a. In the unlikely event that HeptaVerse World cannot complete a project or provide a service, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, including the non-refundable deposit.

  4. Change of Scope:

    a. If the scope of a project changes significantly after work has commenced, additional fees may apply. We will communicate any additional costs before proceeding with the project.

  5. Refund Processing:

    a. Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

    b. Refunds will be processed within 30 – 45 business days after the request is approved. The method of refund will be determined by HeptaVerse World.

  6. Disputes:

    a. If you have concerns or disputes related to a refund, please contact us to resolve the issue in an amicable and fair manner.

No-Return

  1. No Return Policy:

    a. At HeptaVerse World, we regret that we cannot accept returns for any of our services, including but not limited to web design, development, and digital services.

  2. Scope of Policy:

    a. This policy covers all services and projects offered by HeptaVerse World. Once work has commenced, no returns or cancellations are accepted.

  3. Cancellation:

    a. We do not offer refunds for any payments made for services once the project or service has started.

  4. Change of Scope:

    a. If the scope of a project changes significantly after work has commenced, additional fees may apply. We will communicate any additional costs before proceeding with the project.
